Data we collect
The checklist form collects your name, work email, role, consent, source, and offer metadata. FormSubmit processes these fields for delivery to Hoyack. Plausible provides cookie-free analytics about page and conversion performance without receiving checklist form fields.
Why we use it
We use form data to deliver the requested checklist, send related updates you consented to, prevent abuse, and measure the conversion path.
Retention and sharing
We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes. We do not sell personal data. FormSubmit and Plausible may process limited data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from messages or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@hoyack.com.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
